Keep Brand Context with Your Video Project

Keep approved product information, brand materials and creative decisions with your video project. Reuse the context and review changes for each new task.

An authored brand-context example

Give the next brief a clear source.

A source record names the product, visual direction and scope to reuse. New offers and claims still need their own review.

Begin the next film with what your team knows

Martius keeps approved product information, brand files, preferred wording, pronunciation and reviewed creative decisions in reusable local context. Select the relevant reference when you begin an ad, launch, sales demo or explainer.

The new task still has its own audience, purpose and destination. Brand context supplies the facts and decisions worth carrying forward while the brief determines the new story.

Keep scope and approval beside the information

A useful record names the product, source version, applicable market, approval and validity period. A campaign exception or regional offer must stay scoped rather than turning into a rule for every future video.

Current logos, product images, recordings and brand references remain local with identifiable sources. Inspect, replace or withdraw a reference when its meaning or permission changes.

  • Approved product facts and source versions
  • Current brand assets and permitted uses
  • Preferred terms, pronunciation and restricted expressions
  • Enduring preferences, campaign exceptions and expiry dates

Reuse deliberately and correct outdated decisions

Choose the context that belongs in the next project and review the parts that have changed. Old prices, expired dates and previous product versions are questions to resolve before they enter a new script.

Review decisions can be added to the reference with their scope and reason. They remain editable; a previous conversation is not automatically treated as current truth, and context reuse does not imply training a model on private files.

Carry context into versions and delivery

Reuse the appropriate wording and presenter references for channel and supported language versions. Check terminology, qualifications, captions and layout independently for each output.

Keep the reference version and review decisions with the project, its export and publication history. A later film can begin from the work your team approved and still make a different creative choice.

Questions, answered

A few things to know.

What does Martius keep in brand context?

Keep approved product facts and sources, current brand files, preferred wording and pronunciation, restricted expressions and reviewed creative decisions. Each reference can have a product, market, campaign or validity scope.

Can I edit or withdraw a brand preference?

Yes. Inspect the local reference and change, replace or withdraw guidance. Select the applicable context for each project instead of making every prior decision a permanent rule.

Does brand context train a model on my private files?

Context reuse is not a claim of private-model training. Original material and project context remain local; model requests and derived data used by external services have their own workflow scope.

Can one approved statement be used in every campaign?

Only when the source and scope still apply. Offers, product releases, markets and qualifications change. Check the current reference and review the finished video rather than treating an old approval as permanent.
